Indeed, it doesn’t matter what your story is, what you have been through or what it is that is bothering you. Any imbalance, whether emotional, mental or physical, any form of illness can be relieved and healed by (awareness of and alignment to) the field of Christ Consciousness that is inside us and around us and that is our “Home”.

You can surrender all your issues, your past, your trauma, complexes and even your illnesses to the Light / Christ within us.

It is a good start to know that just by our awareness of and alignment to this loving and nourishing omnipresent field, we start resonating and coalescing with it. Our self-healing capacity is restored and ailments of body and soul start dissolving.

On the other hand, there might be pressing issues or conditions that you feel you need to address right now and ask help with more explicitly.

Always start with aligning to the Light / Christ within / the zero point field. To do that, you can use this Lightprayer which also grounds you, clears you, protects you and enhances your self-healing capacity.

Next, proceed by asking the Light / Christ to take care of the issue or concern you are facing, naming or describing it:

“Dear Light, dear Christ, dear Source,

I/ We (if there are more of you aligning together) would like to surrender to you..

the issue you have (for example: my fear about.. , my worry about, the pain in my.. , the condition / illness I have, the trouble I am having with.. , the conflict with.. my collegue / friend / spouse etc.; etc. )

AND

the negative feelings, emotions and thoughts you have about the condition or situation (for example: my sadness, grief, worry, anger, hopelessness, bitterness, distrust about; or tiredness of fighting /  going over it in my head / thinking about it / trying to solve it; etc.)

I/ We would like to leave it in your hands to dissolve this matter / condition into Light completely.

Thank You dear Light, dear Christ, dear Source.”

Surrendering your issues and concerns to the Light like this can be done on your own, as can the above mentioned aligning Light prayer.

However, keep in mind that, at least initially, you might not (yet) be as trusting in the Light as you would like or hope to be. If you were, you wouldn’t have ended up in trouble and / or disconnected from ‘Home’ in the first place. Developing 100% trust and surrender is a process that will unfold step by step as you see and witness more ‘miracles’ of healing in yourself and your life.

For that reason, especially when you are just starting out on this path, aligning to Christ Consciousness and surrendering your concerns to the Light in the presence of at least one other person is often more powerful and compelling.

Christ said: “Where two or three are assembled in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

(Matt. 18:20)

There is another reason to share / disclose what is bothering you in the presence of another: you are literally bringing it out into the open, into the Light, where it is seen and heard, instead of keeping it hidden in the darkness for your ego (thoughts and emotions) to play with and run rampant in circles. By revealing your concern to someone else you halt that and shed Light on the issue after which it can more easily dissolve. The darkness dissolves when it is revealed and exposed to the Light.

I recommend joining our facebook group Light Transformation Circle in the Loving presence of Christ & Mother Mary. Here, once a day or every few days, we take a few minutes to align together and, when necessary,  share and surrender our burdens to the Light / Christ within us.

This is not only a great opportunity for us both to first get to know each other a bit better, but you will also have the chance to experience the power of aligning and surrendering your issues and/or concerns to the Light together in a more intimate one on one setting.

Remember, there is nothing we have to do ourselves. No hard work, struggle or digging into ourselves and our issues is needed. The more we are able to keep our hands and minds of the matter, the more we relax, trust and leave it to Christ / the Light, the better it can work on us to heal and dissolve our issues.

Surrender to your inner Light or Christ Being sets you free from worry, working on yourself and investigating your past (lives), traumas and personality.

That said, you might not be in a place where you are able to trust and surrender completely right away. Developing trust in the Light / Christ within us is a process. It will naturally unfold as you take small leaps of faith and witness more ‘miracles’ of healing in yourself and those arounds you. So be gentle and patient with yourself.
