This (morning) Light prayer is perfect for aligning with our Light / Christ Being. It also clears you, grounds you, heals you and protects you.

I would suggest you do it at least in the morning when you wake up and at night time before you go to bed. Feel free to repeat it as often as you like during the day, for example on leaving or entering the house, every time you have a shower, or any time you simply feel the need to align, clear or ground yourself.

Additionally, although this Light prayer is of great value in it’s own right, it is always a good idea to use it to tune to our Light / Christ Being before taking (important) decisions or when in doubt about something.

In this same Light, it ensures right alignment done before the practice of asking how you can serve the Light/ Our Christ Essence today (or in any moment of the day). I talk more about it in my blog and podcast How I start my day.

“Dear Light, dear Christ, dear Source,

Thank you for your all pervading presence.

Thank you for uniting ( ..) , (..) and me / us (when there are more of you aligning together).

I / We would like to align with you and the Great Light field of Grace, Unconditional Love, Peace and Patience.

Please embrace all of us* in this field / place this field all around us and flood us with your Light and Love, clearing us of all and anything that is not of your Light and that belongs to the darkness or ego: all thoughts, feelings and emotions, all programming, all demons and entities, all ‘stories’ and illusions and all other games the ego, the darkness, duality plays through us.

Please transform all this into Light and fill us completely with your nourishing Light, Love and Life.

Note: You don’t need to use these exact same words. I have elaborated and added some options for you to play around with and choose from. Feel which ones are most right for you in the moment.

* ’Us’ can refer to yourself, any people you are aligning with and/ or people you are feeling called to include in your prayer, like your loved ones. It can also refer to All of creation. If this feels overwhelming and like to much to pray for at once, keep it simple. You can always extend the prayer to the Whole later.

You can definitely do this Light prayer on your own and I strongly suggest you do. However, doing it together can often be more powerful and compelling, especially when you are just starting out on this path and might not yet be 100 % convinced and trusting in the Light / Christ.

Jesus Christ said:

“Where two or three are assembled in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

(Matt. 18:20)
