Light Coaching

I offer Light coaching (or Christ Consciousness coaching) as well as a range of other healing methods in any given situation for adults and children (as well as pets and animals). Examples include high sensitivity (HSP), AD(H)D, autism, anxiety and depression, physical ailments and illnesses, puberty issues, parent & child issues, relationship issues, personal growth, work / career and spirituality, amongst others.

Although in a typical session elements of Light coaching and other therapeutic tools go hand in hand, this section focuses on Light coaching / Christ Consciousness Coaching specifically. Read more about other modes of coaching & healing I offer here.

It doesn’t matter what your story is, what you have been through or what it is that is bothering you, any imbalance, whether emotional, mental or physical, any form of illness can be relieved and healed by (awareness of and alignment to) the field of Christ Consciousness that is inside us and around us.

You can surrender all your issues, your past, your trauma, complexes and even your illnesses to the Christ field or zero-point field that is within us and outside us and that is our “Home”.

Just by alignment to this loving and nourishing omnipresent field, we start resonating and coalescing with it. Our self-healing capacity is restored and ailments of body and soul start dissolving.

The next step is to surrender the issue that you are burdened with to Source and to receive what is necessary right now for you to heal.

What’s more, when you start aligning to and serving the Light and the Greater Good, instead of your ego’s personal ambitions and desires, then you are literally becoming an instrument of Light & Love and literally channeling Light and Christ Consciousness through you and radiating it around you.

This further enhances the melting away of any negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and physical ailments (illusory aspects of the ego or darkness) in yourself and those around you.

Surrender to your inner Light or Christ Being sets you free from worry, working on yourself and investigating your past (lives), traumas and personality.

While insecurities vanish, your energy increases and you feel more present. Your mind becomes more quiet, your life less complicated and you start feeling happier and more fulfilled.

And thus you become free to do what you ultimately came here for: assisting others in waking up, in their own pace, to the Truth that we’re already Home.

You too can start your Life afresh from a whole new perspective. No hard work, struggle or digging into ourselves and our issues is needed. Realizing our True Christ Nature and acting in accordance with it, sets us Free.
